Frank was born in the Galapagos Islands at the end of WWII, went to Fair Lawn High School and Newark College of Engineering in New Jersey, served in the US Marine Corps and did 1 and 1/2 tours in the Vietnam War and was discharged as a Sargent.
Linda is a native Floridian, 6Th generation Sarasota County, went to Sarasota High.
Frank and Linda meet in 1970 and have been together ever since. They have 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. They spend the summers in the Snowbird Mountains of Western North Carolina and the winters on the sunny West Coast of Florida.
Frank got interested in carving in 1980 after his sister Cecilia gifted him some woodcarvings. He is a self-taught carver that has won many awards. His carvings are in private collections from Tokyo to Amsterdam, from Toronto to British Colombia, they can even be found in New Zealand and Norway and all over the USA.
In 2000 he began specializing in Santas and has a unique way of carving the Old World Santa, while Linda has developed her own style of painting them bringing these characters to life.
